Acceptance of Terms. By using https://vietnamesefoodmunster.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, PHO TO GO markets and arranges Beef Bulgogi, Beef Oxtail Pho, Chicken Curry, Chicken Pho, Matcha Latte, Vietnamese Coffee, Spring Rolls. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://vietnamesefoodmunster.com is the property of PHO TO GO or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. PHO TO GO reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
As-Is Basis. https://vietnamesefoodmunster.com is provided on an "as is" basis. PHO TO GO makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Cap on Damages. Liability of PHO TO GO arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold PHO TO GO harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by IN law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in IN for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
